The only Kosher restaurant of Athens is situated in a very central and picturesque area called Psiri. Don’t be deterred by the graffiti and rundown buildings, this area is absolutely safe and home to some very nice restaurants and popular bars of Athens.
The restaurant is located in a neoclassical renovated building that used to be a night club. Its decoration is very pleasant, and it has a courtyard for those who wish to eat outdoors. It can also organize meals to be delivered to your hotel and lunch bags for your excursions.
The restaurant is under the supervision of Rabbi Mendel Hendel from Chabad of Athens, and serves meat and vegetarian dishes inspired from the Sephardic culinary tradition. They sometimes have evenings with live music.
