National Gardens:

Behind the Parliament on Syntagma Square, lies a very nice park to stroll around, let the children run free and enjoy the shade and quiet away from the hustle of Athens traffic. Don’t miss the sundial at the entrance, and discover other little treasures as you walk around: a pond with turtles, a water fountain, a wooden bridge, a nice kids’ playground…. You can also see there a mini-zoo with goats, roosters, peacocks, birds, etc. Ideal for Shabbat afternoon.
